Economy LANforge WiFi-7 three radio WiFi Traffic Generator
The CT521c-3w7i wireless traffic generator is an excellent entry-level platform for testing Access Points and other WiFi networks.
Each CT521c-3w7i system includes three Intel WiFi-7 radios which together support up to 3 virtual stations (1 per radio). Systems may be clustered together for increased client number and capabilities, and also support packet capture and emulated Access Points.
Each virtual station operates a unique virtual client with a unique configurable MAC address, separate IP address & port space, and a unique routing table. Stations can be configured to connect to a particular Access Point with configurable SSID, BSSID, security (Personal and Enterprise/802.1X), and more.
Each radio supports configurable transmit power and channel/frequency.

- Supports up to 1000 concurrent TCP connections with base license package.
- Able to push up to ~1Gbps through an AP, depending on the protocols mix, wireless mode & environment, and speed of the network under test. Supports at least 20 VoIP (SIP, RTP) calls with appropriate licenses. This system is CPU-limited, but the affordable price makes it easier to afford multple units to spread around the network-under test for a greater combined throughput. Consider the CT523c, CT525, and CT527 for more powerful systems.

- Allows packet sniffing and network protocol decoding with the integrated Wireshark protocol sniffer.
- GUI runs as Java application on Linux, MAC, and Microsoft operating systems (among others)
- GUI can run remotely, even of low-bandwidth links.
- Includes built-in scripting for iterating through rates and packet sizes, with automated reporting. Also supports a scriptable CLI (telnet) which can be used to automate test scenarios. Perl libraries and example scripts are provided!
